这篇笔记是digitalcloud荷兰阿姆斯特丹VPS测评分享，省流部分整体路由状况：该荷兰VPS对电信和联通用户非常友好，走正常的欧洲直连/法兰克福转运回国线路；移动用户体验较差，存在严重的跨洋绕路和骨干网高延迟问题。具体路由是电信为GTT 接入 + ChinaNet (202.97) 直连；联通GTT 接入 + 法兰克福 CU169 (4837)；CMI 欧洲/美国 接入 + CMNET（绕美+华东/华南回程拥堵导致延迟极高）
